Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the websites, applications and APIs (the “Services”) provided by ByteCozy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“ByteCozy”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to break the law, infringe the rights of others, generate harmful or abusive content, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Services, or resell access without our written permission.

Payments

Paid plans are billed as monthly subscriptions or prepaid usage-based credits. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Unless required by law, fees and unused credits are non-refundable.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit and the outputs you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for how you use outputs.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features and will update these terms when needed.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ByteCozy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
